/ Challenge
Saudi Tourism Authority needed a B2B learning platform that could become a primary digital destination for travel trade education and resources. It had to serve travel agents, tour operators, DMOs and DMCs, while meeting government-grade expectations for multilingual access, accreditation, security, hosting, availability and stakeholder governance.

Shaped the connection points across Adobe Experience Manager content requirements, Auth0 SSO, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and reporting workflows.

I helped define and deliver a platform that paired structured eLearning with B2B trade resources. The system supported secure registration, role-based access, Auth0 SSO, multilingual content across eight languages, Arabic RTL, module completion rules, quizzes, downloadable certificates, reporting and analytics, with delivery workflows designed for STA review and approval.
