Sipple is a wirelessly integrated wine stopper which both keeps your wine fresh but also reminds you to drink any currently open bottles. It is a connected wine ecosystem made up of a wirelessly enabled physical bottle stopper and two mobile apps.
I founded this project with Jamie Metcalfe in 2015, we rolled out the Sipple app and website in 2015 and were finalists in an innovation competition run by Blue Chilli and Brandcott Estate. The wine stopper and the cellar app are currently in development.
